Rock the River & DSRA Boat Races

Soak up some fun in the sun as the Rock the River and DSRA Boat Races return to Orange, TX in 2024! Rev up your engines on May 3rd – 5th, when Explore Orange and Deep South Racing Association (DSRA) host the Rock the River and DSRA Boat Races at the Riverside Pavilion and City of Orange Boat Ramp on the Sabine River! Fuel your need for speed as drag boat racers exhibit their skills in a series of adrenaline-pumping races to the finish line! Rock to the rhythm of live music and get your motor running with delicious treats from a variety of food vendors while the kids enjoy activities offered throughout the day. Schedule of Events: Friday, May 3 • 5:00 pm: Gates open - Food vendors • 7:30 – 9:30 pm: Live music with Keith Frank Saturday, May 4 • 10:00 am: Gates open - DSRA Boat Races, food vendors, kid zone • 2:00 pm: Live music o 2:00 – 3:00 pm: The Flip Flop Man o 3:30 – 4:30 pm: The Pegwinders o 5:00 – 6:00 pm: Jamie Talbert o 6:30 – 8:00 pm: Velcro Pygmies Sunday, May 5 • 10:00 am – 5:00 pm: DSRA Boat Races, food vendors, kid zone Rock the River and DSRA Boat Races has something for everyone, with a summer concert, drag boat races, tasty food, and family-friendly activities, making for a perfect weekend by the water!
